We are looking for a motivated and experienced US Engineering Recruiter to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience recruiting for engineering positions across the US market and be comfortable working in a quick-paced staffing environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle the complete US recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
- Source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, internal databases, referrals, and other recruiting channels.
- Screen and evaluate candidates based on technical skills, experience, and client requirements.
- Coordinate interviews and maintain regular communication with candidates and hiring managers.
- Negotiate compensation and manage offer discussions.
- Maintain an active pipeline of qualified engineering professionals.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly recruitment targets.
- Ensure timely follow-ups and maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS.

Required Skills & Experience

- 2+ years of experience in US Staffing/US Recruitment.
- Strong experience recruiting for Engineering positions.




- Prior experience hiring for one or more of the following industries:
- Automotive
- Medical Devices
- Transportation

- Strong understanding of engineering job roles and technical terminology.
- Hands-on experience with sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, Indeed, and Boolean search techniques.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple requirements simultaneously.

- Immediate joiner or candidates with a short notice period.
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and eager to grow in a performance-focused environment.
- Strong stakeholder and candidate management skills.

Work Details

- Work Location: JP Nagar, Bangalore
- Work Mode: Onsite Only
- Working Hours: 6:00 PM 3:00 AM IST
- Working Days: Monday to Friday
