The Role: Academic Relationship Manager (ARM) School

As an Academic Relationship Manager (Outreach) at Kalvium, you will play a key role in expanding our student outreach efforts by connecting with colleges, students, and prospective candidates. You will be responsible for building relationships, creating awareness about Kalvium programs, and supporting the admissions funnel through outreach activities and engagement initiatives.

This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy communication, networking, student interaction, and working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

What You’ll Do:

Outreach & Engagement

- Connect with colleges, students, and prospective candidates through calls and outreach activities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with students and stakeholders
- Conduct awareness sessions, presentations, and program briefings
- Coordinate outreach campaigns and engagement activities

Student Counselling & Admissions Support

- Guide prospective students through the admissions journey
- Address queries and provide accurate information about Kalvium programs




- Follow up with interested students and parents professionally
- Maintain records of student interactions and outreach activities

Sales & Target Ownership

- Work towards daily, weekly, and monthly outreach/admissions targets
- Effectively communicate the value of Kalvium programs
- Ensure a positive experience for every prospective student

What We Seek:

- Any graduate with strong communication skills in English.
- Interest in field sales, outreach, counselling, and student engagement.
- Strong presentation, interpersonal, networking, and persuasion skills.
- Confidence in conducting seminars and interacting with large student groups.
- Ability to build relationships with school authorities and stakeholders.
- Target-driven mindset with a willingness to learn and grow.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-oriented environment.
- Must own a two-wheeler or four-wheeler and possess a valid driving license.

- Have prior experience in EdTech, outreach, sales, or customer-facing roles
- Are comfortable handling student counselling and outreach calls
- Have experience coordinating with colleges or student communities
