- Own end-to-end lead generation across

- Build, optimize, and scale high-converting funnels
- Lead magnets, landing pages, forms, WhatsApp CRM flows
- Drive qualified leads at scale with strong CPL and ROI focus

Continuously test:

- Creatives, copies, audiences, hooks, CTAs

Track performance daily:

- CPL, CAC, ROAS, lead quality, conversion ratios
- Collaborate with content, sales, and tech teams for funnel optimization
- Take complete ownership of numbers, not excuses

Required Skills Experience

- 4 8 years of hands-on experience in Performance Marketing or Growth Marketing.




- Proven success in scaling paid acquisition campaigns with measurable business impact.
- Experience in EdTech, Career-Tech, Education, SaaS, or high-growth B2B/B2C businesses is highly preferred.
