Role Summary:

Data Analysis Gap Analysis

- Conduct detailed gap analyses of trading data from various source systems
- Identify discrepancies and analyze data attributes between multiple systems
- Develop and maintain automated gap reporting using Python and SQL

Python Development Automation

- Build and maintain Python scripts for data extraction, transformation, and analysis

Reporting Visualization

- Present findings and recommendations to senior management and stakeholders

Project Management Tasks

- Meet with stakeholders from upstream and downstream systems to ascertain logic to be implemented where required, and record notes of meetings to PMO standards

Technical Skills

- Python Programming: Advanced proficiency in Python with experience in pandas
- Database Management: Robust SQL skills for data extraction and manipulation
- Data Visualization:



Experience with Power BI, or Python visualization libraries

Banking Finance Knowledge

- o 3-5 years of experience in banking data analysis and problem solving
- o Understanding of collateral management principles and regulatory requirements beneficial

Analytical Skills

- Strong problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
- Experience conducting gap analyses and process improvement initiatives
- Ability to translate complex data into actionable business insights
- Project management skills with ability to handle multiple priorities
