Key Responsibilities

- Strategic Sourcing & Category Management: Lead end-to-end procurement across medical equipment, pharmaceuticals, surgical consumables, and non-medical assets while enforcing stringent quality standards.
- Inventory Control & Operational Efficiency: Implement advanced inventory management models (ABC/FSN/VED analysis) across central stores, pharmacies, and operating theaters to maintain optimal stock levels and eliminate expiry write-offs.
- Cost Governance & Commercial Negotiation: Drive strategic cost-saving initiatives through volume consolidation, rate contracting, and high-stakes vendor negotiations without compromising clinical outcomes.
- Vendor Ecosystem & SLA Governance: Cultivate a resilient supplier network, structure comprehensive Service Level Agreements (SLAs), and conduct periodic performance audits to ensure supply chain reliability.
- Regulatory Compliance & Quality Audit: Ensure 100% adherence to NABH/JCI standards, statutory drug regulations, and corporate governance frameworks across material handling and store operations.
