Roles and Responsibilities
- Develop and implement employer branding strategies to attract top talent.
- Manage campus recruitment drives, including planning, execution, and evaluation of candidates.
- Oversee end-to-end recruitment process from job posting to onboarding new hires.
- Collaborate with sales teams to identify talent gaps and develop targeted recruitment campaigns.
- Ensure seamless onboarding experience for new employees through effective induction programs.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 2-7 years of experience in HR or related field (employer branding, recruitment management).
- MBA/PGDM degree in Marketing or Human Resource Development preferred.
- Solid understanding of human resource management principles and practices.
- Excellent communication skills with ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.
