Role Summary
We are looking for an experienced Technical Program Manager to lead complex Data, Analytics, and AI transformation initiatives across the organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong blend of technical understanding, program management expertise, and stakeholder management capabilities. This role will drive end-to-end delivery of enterprise data platforms, analytics, AI/ML, and Generative AI programs, establish governance, manage cross-functional teams, and ensure successful execution of strategic initiatives on AWS Cloud.

- PMP, Scrum Master, SAFe, or equivalent program management certifications are preferred.

Experience:

- 9+ years of experience in Technical Program Management, Data & Analytics, Cloud Transformation, or Digital Transformation.

Experience leading enterprise-scale technical programs across global teams.Interview process Total 3 Technical round

- Experience delivering enterprise-scale Data & Analytics transformation programs.
- Strong exposure to AWS-based data platforms and cloud modernization initiatives.
- Experience managing globally distributed engineering and delivery teams.
- Experience working with executive leadership, steering committees, and senior business stakeholders.




- Experience leading AI/ML and Generative AI programs, coordinating across Data Engineering, Data Science, AI Engineering, and Business teams.
- Experience delivering analytics or data transformation initiatives involving enterprise systems such as SAP and Salesforce.
- Experience establishing PMO governance, portfolio reporting, and executive dashboards for large transformation programs.
- Experience working in Agile product and engineering environments.

Salary30 to 45 L p.a. Key Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities

- Lead multiple enterprise-scale Data & Analytics programs from initiation through delivery.
- Manage complex analytics initiatives involving Data Engineering, BI, Reporting, AI/ML, and Generative AI teams.
- Drive program governance, execution planning, risk management, dependency tracking, and executive reporting.
- Partner with business, product, architecture, and engineering teams to translate business objectives into executable delivery plans.
- Track program milestones, budgets, timelines, and resource allocation across multiple workstreams.
- Build and maintain executive dashboards, KPIs, program scorecards, and portfolio reporting.
- Drive Agile delivery using tools such as Jira, Asana, Azure DevOps, or similar platforms.
- Ensure successful coordination between offshore and onsite teams.
- Facilitate steering committee meetings and provide regular status updates to senior leadership.
- Drive issue resolution and remove delivery roadblocks across teams.




- Establish PMO best practices and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to prioritize initiatives, manage change, and drive adoption of enterprise data and AI capabilities.

- Strong understanding of Data Engineering concepts, ETL/ELT pipelines, Data Warehousing, Data Lakes, and contemporary data architectures.
- Working knowledge of AWS Cloud services, including:
- Amazon S3
- Amazon Redshift
- AWS Glue
- AWS Lambda
- Amazon Athena
- Amazon EMR
- AWS IAM

- Experience with modern cloud data platforms such as Snowflake, Databricks, or similar.
- Strong understanding of BI and visualization tools including Power BI, Tableau, or Amazon QuickSight.
- Experience creating executive dashboards, KPIs, portfolio metrics, and program scorecards.
- Good understanding of SQL, data modeling, and analytics concepts.
- Experience working with enterprise platforms such as SAP and Salesforce, including their data models, integrations, and analytics use cases.
- Hands-on experience or strong program management exposure to AI/ML and Generative AI initiatives is required, including delivering AI-enabled analytics, intelligent automation, or enterprise AI transformation programs.
- Understanding of API-based integrations and modern enterprise data ecosystems is preferred.
