We are looking for a skilled SAP HCM/HR Functional Consultant with 7-10 years of experience to work from home. The ideal candidate will have expertise in SAP HCM/HR functional consulting and excellent analytical skills.

Roles and Responsibility

- Collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements and provide tailored solutions using SAP HCM/HR.

- Design, implement, and maintain complex HR systems, including employee data management, benefits administration, and payroll processing.

- Develop and deliver training programs to end-users on SAP HCM/HR functionality.

- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to SAP HCM/HR.

- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of SAP HCM/HR with other systems.

- Analyze business processes and identify areas for improvement.

Job Requirements

- Minimum 7 years of experience in SAP HCM/HR functional consulting.

- Strong knowledge of SAP HCM/HR modules, including Employee Central, Benefits Administration,



Payroll Processing, and Time Management.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Experience working with large-scale HR systems and implementing change management strategies.
