About the Role

Presidency School Mangalore is looking for a dynamic, enthusiastic, and result-oriented Admission Counsellor to join our Admissions Team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating admissions, counselling prospective parents and students, managing enquiries, and ensuring a seamless admission process.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle admission enquiries through phone calls, emails, walk-ins, and online platforms.
- Counsel prospective parents and students regarding the school's curriculum, facilities, and admission procedures.
- Follow up with prospective parents to convert enquiries into admissions.
- Maintain and update admission records and databases accurately.
- Coordinate school visits, campus tours, and admission events.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with parents throughout the admission process.
- Meet admission targets and prepare regular enquiry and conversion reports.
- Coordinate with academic and administrative departments for smooth onboarding of new students.
- Assist in organising admission drives,



promotional activities, and school events.

Eligibility

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 25 years of experience in admissions, counselling, sales, customer relationship management, or a similar role.
- Excellent communication skills in English. Knowledge of Kannada, Hindi, or Tulu will be an added advantage.
- Strong interpersonal, counselling, and presentation skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Office and CRM systems.
- Self-motivated with a target-oriented approach.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Experience in the education sector is preferred.
- Ability to build rapport with parents and students.
- Positive attitude with excellent customer service skills.
- Willingness to work on weekends during the admission season, with a compensatory off as per school policy.
