JOB RESPONSIBILITY

Must Have:

- Design, develop, and customize PEGA/RMB components including:
- Batch Jobs
- Algorithms
- Business Services
- Zones
- OUAF framework components
- Service Scripts and Plugin Scripts
- Perform code migration, retrofit, and deployment across lower and production environments
- Ensure adherence to ORMB design standards and best practices
- Understanding of Banking or Financial flows (Transaction Feed Management, Rules Engine, Billing, Rating, Pricing, GL, Payments, Credit/Collections, Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivables).
- SQL Query optimization
- Build PEGA and Java components and unit test the code.
- Ability to collaborate and facilitate troubleshooting of technical issues and work organizationally across teams (Production tasks, Server, Product and Database).
- Familiar with Agile workplace
- Production support
- Agile Train support
- Strong verbal and written communication skills

Nice to Have:

- Experience in Control M scheduler or any other similar scheduling tool.
- Working experience in healthcare domain is a plus.

EXPERIENCE

- 3-9 years of experience in Pega and RMB technology

- Interact with Billing leadership and with stakeholders across IT and Operations.
- Integrate transactional data from various sources and loading it into Oracle RMB.
- Assists with break-fix/defects management, especially intake, triaging and prioritization of defects
- Analyzes and classifies complex change request and identifies and documents possible enhancements.
- Preparing functional and/or technical specifications.
- Participate in the integrating activities with other IT departments for successful implementation and support project efforts.
- Collaborates with geographically diverse associates and external vendor partners to get work accomplished
- Ensure adherence to enterprise and team processes, procedures and guidelines
- Anticipates and identifies opportunities for improvement.
