Role Responsibilities

- Host and facilitate bi-weekly virtual founder meetups with 10 30 attendees, ensuring high engagement and peer-value exchange.
- Curate agenda topics based on startup pain points fundraising, hiring, product-market fit, growth hacking using real-time founder feedback.
- Identify and invite 1 2 guest speakers per session (founders, investors, operators) to share tactical insights and spark QA.
- Track participant growth, session feedback, and ROI metrics; share insights with internal ops to refine future events.
- Build and moderate private Slack/Discord channels for ongoing founder conversations between meetups.
- Represent SAGON as the face of the meetup community cultivating trust, inclusivity, and consistent brand voice.

Skills Qualifications

Must-Have

- Zoom / Google Meet / Microsoft Teams (event hosting)




- Slack / Discord (community moderation)
- Notion / Airtable (session planning feedback tracking)
- Active outreach cold messaging (LinkedIn, email)
- Startup ecosystem familiarity (India-focused)
- Event facilitation time management

Preferred

- Experience as a founder or startup operator
- Previous hosting of virtual communities or webinars
- Basic Canva / graphic design for event promotions
