We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Service Engineer to join our team in Chennai, Nagpur, Latur, Agra, Bangalore, and Surat. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience in IVD (Bio-Chemistry/Haematology) and a strong educational background in Electronics and Engineering or Bio-Medical Engineering.

Roles and Responsibility

- Provide technical support and service to customers for biomedical equipment.
- Troubleshoot and repair complex issues with medical devices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer complaints and improve product quality.
- Develop and implement effective maintenance strategies to minimize downtime.
- Conduct regular training sessions for customers on the use of medical equipment.
- Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement in customer satisfaction.

Job Requirements
- Graduate degree in Electronics and Engineering or Bio-Medical Engineering.
- 2-3 years of experience in IVD (Bio-Chemistry/Haematology).




- Solid knowledge of biomedical engineering principles and practices.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
