Role & responsibilities :
- Manage statutory compliances under PF, ESIC, PT, CLRA, MW, and related labour laws.
- Handle registrations, renewals, amendments, and licences with government authorities.
- Prepare and file monthly, quarterly, and annual statutory returns within timelines.
- Coordinate labour inspections, audits, and ensure timely closure of observations.
- Maintain statutory registers, records, challans, and compliance documentation.
- Liaise with government departments and external consultants for compliance matters.
- Ensure timely payment of statutory dues and accurate compliance reporting.
- Monitor changes in labour laws and ensure implementation across the organization.
