Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Technical Lead with expertise in Salesforce Revenue Management (ARM/Advanced Revenue Management), Apex development, and enterprise-grade unit testing. The ideal candidate should have solid technical leadership skills, experience designing scalable Salesforce solutions, and deep knowledge of revenue recognition, billing integrations, and Salesforce best practices.

The candidate will lead a team of Salesforce developers, collaborate with architects and business stakeholders, ensure high-quality code through comprehensive unit testing, and deliver scalable Revenue Management solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Salesforce Technical Leadership

- Lead end-to-end Salesforce development projects.
- Design scalable and maintainable Salesforce solutions.
- Review technical designs and provide architectural guidance.
- Mentor developers and conduct code reviews.
- Ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices.
- Collaborate with Solution Architects, Product Owners, and QA teams.
- Manage technical risks and production support.
