Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Team Leader Pre-Sales Operations to lead and manage the pre-sales operations team. The ideal candidate should have robust leadership skills, operational expertise, and the ability to drive team performance while ensuring smooth customer onboarding and service coordination.

Key Responsibilities:-

- Lead and manage the Pre-Sales Operations team.
- Allocate tasks and monitor daily team performance.
- Ensure smooth customer onboarding and order processing.
- Coordinate with Sales, Service, Logistics, and other internal departments.
- Track operational KPIs and achieve monthly targets.
- Handle customer escalations and ensure timely resolution.
- Prepare Daily, Weekly, and Monthly MIS reports for management.




- Develop and implement SOPs to improve operational efficiency.
- Conduct team meetings, coaching, and performance reviews.
- Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction.

Qualification

Experience

- Prior experience leading a team and achieving operational targets is mandatory.
