Role & responsibilities

Manage Agency System setup and maintenance for property tax jurisdictions

Perform property tax setup updates and validation in servicing systems

Process escrow disbursements and ensure timely payment of property taxes

Handle tax delinquency monitoring follow up and resolution activities

Perform payment verification and redemption processing

Manage Texas TX redemptions and jurisdiction specific requirements

Prepare and maintain accurate tax status reports for internal and client consumption

Communicate with taxing authorities agencies and clients via calls and emails

Respond to client inquiries and resolve taxrelated issues within defined SLAs

Ensure compliance with client guidelines regulatory requirements and internal SOPs

Document process updates exceptions and resolutions clearly and accurately





Collaborate with internal teams for issue resolution and continuous process improvement

Required Qualifications

Graduate in any discipline Commerce Finance Business or related fields preferred

1 to 3 years of experience in US Mortgage Real Estate or Property Tax servicing

Strong verbal communication skills with confidence in making outbound and inbound calls

Excellent written communication skills for professional email correspondence

Good understanding of escrow property tax or mortgage servicing concepts

Ability to interpret tax bills agency notices and client instructions

Robust attention to detail and accuracy

Working knowledge of MS Office Excel Word Outlook

Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively
