We are looking for a Senior Data Analyst with robust experience in A/B testing, causal inference, and business analytics . This role will partner closely with business stakeholders to analyze analytic requests, design and interpret experiments, build dashboards, and translate data findings into clear business recommendations.

Key Responsibilities

- Work with business and product stakeholders on analytics requests

- Design, analyze, and interpret A/B tests

- Apply causal inference methods to explain business outcomes

- Build dashboards and reports in Tableau

- Present technical findings to non-technical audiences

- Provide actionable insights that influence product, marketing, and business decisions

Required Skills

- Advanced SQL

- Strong Python

- Hands-on Tableau

- Solid knowledge of statistics, A/B testing, and causal inference

- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
