Roles and Responsibilities :
- Conduct process development, scale up, and technology transfer activities to support product launches in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, optimize, and troubleshoot processes using tools like Msat, OSD, Pilot Plant, and Scale Up.
- Develop and maintain documentation of process procedures, protocols, and reports to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Provide technical expertise on process optimization strategies to improve efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness.
Job Requirements :
- 2-3 years of experience in a similar role within the pharmaceutical or life sciences industry.
- Robust understanding of biotechnology principles and their application in industrial settings.
- Proficiency in MSAT (Materialize CSS), OSD (Operating System Design), Pilot Plant operations, Scale Up techniques.
