Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and visionary Chief Executive Officer (CEO) – Mining to lead and drive the overall business operations of our mining division. The ideal candidate will be responsible for strategic planning, operational excellence, business expansion, statutory compliance, financial performance, and sustainable growth while ensuring world-class safety and environmental standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement long-term business strategies to achieve organizational growth and profitability.
- Lead end-to-end mining operations, ensuring optimum production, productivity, and cost efficiency.
- Drive operational excellence through process optimization, technology adoption, and performance improvement initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with all statutory, DGMS, environmental, mining, and government regulations.
- Establish and maintain best-in-class Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) practices across mining operations.
- Develop annual business plans, budgets, CAPEX, and monitor financial performance against targets.
- Identify and evaluate new mining opportunities, business expansion projects, acquisitions, and strategic partnerships.




- Build and maintain strong relationships with government authorities, regulatory agencies, customers, and key stakeholders.
- Lead and mentor senior leadership teams, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and high performance.
- Represent the organization in strategic business meetings, industry forums, and regulatory interactions.
- Ensure efficient utilization of manpower, mining equipment, and operational resources.
- Drive ESG (Environmental, Social & Governance) initiatives and sustainable mining practices.

Candidate Profile

- Bachelor's Degree in Mining Engineering (Mandatory).
- First Class Mine Manager's Certificate preferred.
- MBA or Master's Degree in Mining/Business Management will be an added advantage.
- 20–30 years of experience in large-scale mining operations.
- Proven leadership experience in CEO, Business Head, COO, or other senior management roles within the mining sector.
- Strong understanding of mine planning, production, commercial operations, statutory compliance, and business strategy.
