About the Opportunity

Nyla Info Technologies Private Limited is looking for two trainee Software Engineers who are interested in building careers in Microsoft AI, Azure cloud administration, data engineering, ERP and CRM technologies.

This is a six-month, full-time, onsite training program designed for fresh graduates and entry-level candidates seeking practical exposure to Microsoft cloud and business application technologies.

Trainee Software Engineer will receive structured training and hands-on experience in areas such as Microsoft Azure, data engineering, Microsoft AI, Dynamics 365, Power Platform, ERP and CRM solutions.

After successfully completing the six-month training, selected candidates will transition to the company payroll based on satisfactory performance, attendance, technical progress, professional conduct and business requirements.

Responsibilities

- Participate in structured training and assigned project activities related to Microsoft Azure, data engineering, Microsoft AI, ERP and CRM solutions.
- Assist with configuring and managing Microsoft Azure resources, including virtual machines, storage, networking, identity and access management.
- Support the monitoring, maintenance and troubleshooting of Azure environments.
- Assist with creating and maintaining data pipelines, data integration processes and cloud-based data solutions.
- Write and optimize SQL queries, stored procedures and database scripts.
- Work with Microsoft data technologies such as Azure Data Factory, Azure SQL, Microsoft Fabric, Azure Synapse Analytics and Power BI.
- Explore and support Microsoft AI solutions, including Azure AI services, Microsoft Copilot, machine learning and generative AI technologies.
- Assist with configuring, customizing and testing Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP and CRM applications.




- Support solutions developed using Microsoft Dataverse, Power Apps, Power Automate and Power Pages.
- Understand business and technical requirements and help convert them into practical technology solutions.
- Assist with system testing, data validation, issue investigation and troubleshooting.
- Prepare and maintain technical documentation, configuration documents and user guides.
- Complete assigned learning activities, certification preparation and project tasks within agreed timelines.
- Participate in technical discussions, solution reviews, demonstrations and team meetings.

Required Skills

- Robust SQL knowledge, including:
- Joins
- Subqueries
- Aggregate functions
- Views
- Stored procedures
- Database relationships

- Basic understanding of relational databases and data modelling.
- Basic understanding of cloud computing concepts.
- Interest in Microsoft Azure, Microsoft AI, data engineering, ERP and CRM technologies.
- Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to understand technical concepts and apply them in practical assignments.
- Willingness to learn new technologies and accept feedback.
- Good communication skills and a professional attitude.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to work full-time onsite in Vijayawada for the complete six-month training period.

Preferred Skills

The following skills are beneficial but not mandatory:

- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Azure.
- Familiarity with Azure Data Factory, Azure SQL,



Microsoft Fabric or Power BI.
- Basic understanding of artificial intelligence, machine learning or generative AI.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics 365, ERP or CRM systems.
- Basic knowledge of Power Apps, Power Automate or Microsoft Dataverse.
- Knowledge of object-oriented programming languages such as C#, .NET or Java.
- Exposure to Python for data engineering or AI-related activities.
- Familiarity with Git, Azure DevOps or other source-control tools.

Preferred candidate profile

Important Conditions

- This is an unpaid training program for the first Three months.
- Candidates must be available to work from the companys Vijayawada office.
- Remote and work-from-home arrangements are not available.
- Candidates must commit to completing the full three-month training period and next three month is probation period.
- Candidates must demonstrate consistent attendance, learning progress and professional conduct.
- After successful completion of the training, selected candidates will transition to the company payroll based on performance evaluation and business requirements.
- Candidates who are not comfortable with the six-month unpaid training period should not apply.
