The Position:

Position Title: Technical Lead Agentic AI Systems

Location: Bangalore (On-site)

Experience: 7-8 years

We are looking for a Tech Lead to lead the technical development and delivery of enterprise-grade Agentic AI systems built on LLMs and up-to-date orchestration frameworks. This role combines hands-on programming, development with system architecture ownership and technical leadership.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, building, and deploying intelligent AI workflows, managing integrations with enterprise systems, and ensuring that solutions are secure, scalable, and production ready. The role also involves guiding engineering teams, establishing architectural standards, and ensuring high-quality technical execution across projects.

This is a technical ownership role suited for someone who can independently manage complex AI system implementations and drive reliable delivery from a technical standpoint.

Key Responsibilities

AI System Development

- Design and build Agentic AI workflows using modern LLM orchestration frameworks.




- Develop intelligent systems that combine LLM reasoning, structured workflows, and external tools or APIs.
- Implement production-grade AI products using Python-based backend frameworks
- Integrate LLM/SLM models into enterprise applications with strong reliability and performance considerations.

Architecture & Technical Leadership

- Own the technical architecture for AI systems and ensure alignment with scalability, security, and maintainability best practices.
- Lead technical design discussions and guide engineering teams on system architecture and implementation decisions.
- Establish standards for code quality, modularity, testing, and deployment.

AI Platform Engineering

- Build and manage systems using modern LLM orchestration and observability frameworks.
- Implement evaluation, monitoring, and debugging workflows for LLM-based systems.
- Ensure effective model usage and performance optimization for AI services.

Enterprise Integration & APIs

- Design and maintain secure and well-documented APIs for integration with enterprise systems.
- Develop scalable backend services supporting AI-driven workflows.
- Maintain clear API documentation and integration guidelines for internal and external stakeholders.
- Ensure high reliability and fault tolerance in system integrations.

Security & Governance

- Implement cybersecurity best practices in AI systems, including secure API design, authentication mechanisms, and data protection measures.




- Ensure compliance with enterprise security standards and secure coding practices.
- Maintain auditability and observability of AI-driven workflows.

Technical Delivery Ownership

- Take ownership of technical delivery across AI projects, ensuring solutions are robust, maintainable, and aligned with business objectives.
- Work closely with product, data science, & engineering teams to translate requirements into scalable technical implementations.
- Identify potential technical risks and proactively propose solutions or architectural improvements.

Required Technical Skills

- System Design: Ability to design scalable and maintainable backend architectures for AI-powered applications.
- Programming: Strong proficiency in Python with experience building backend services and AI asynchronous systems.
- LLM Systems: Experience working with Large Language Models (LLMs) or Small Language Models (SLMs) in application development.
- Agentic Frameworks: Hands-on experience with LangGraph or similar agent orchestration frameworks.
- Observability: Experience with AI observability and evaluation tools such as Langfuse or similar frameworks.
- AI Infrastructure: Familiarity with Model Context Protocol (MCP) or related tool-based LLM architectures.
- API Engineering: Strong understanding of FAST API design, authentication mechanisms, and API lifecycle management.
- Software Engineering Practices: Experience with version control, testing, CI/CD pipelines, and modern software development workflows.

Preferred Experience

- Experience working on enterprise AI platforms or AI-driven SaaS products.
- Exposure to multi-agent systems, workflow orchestration.
- Experience implementing AI systems that interact with enterprise data systems or APIs.
- Familiarity with distributed system design & cloud-native development environments.
