Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer with strong expertise in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud to design, develop, and support enterprise-scale Salesforce solutions. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Salesforce platform development, integrations, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Apex, Flows, and cloud-based integrations. Experience with Digital Experience (Communities) and Health Cloud will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, customize, and support Salesforce applications and solutions.
- Develop scalable solutions using Apex, Triggers, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, Queueable Jobs, and Batch Jobs.
- Build and support Service Cloud and Marketing Cloud implementations.
- Develop and maintain integrations with external applications using REST APIs, Streaming APIs, Kafka, Azure, and .NET systems.
- Participate in architecture discussions, solution design, and code reviews.
- Troubleshoot production issues and perform root cause analysis.
- Optimize platform stability, scalability, and performance.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and cross-functional teams.




- Work in Agile/Scrum development environments.
- Create technical documentation and support deployment activities.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- 4+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
- Solid expertise in Salesforce Service Cloud.
- Strong expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
- Hands-on experience with Apex, Triggers, LWC, Flows, Queueable Jobs, and Batch Jobs.
- Experience with REST APIs and Streaming APIs.
- Integration experience with Kafka, Azure, and .NET applications.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce data model and security model.
- Experience with Git/version control systems.
- Good knowledge of SQL.
- Experience working in Agile project environments.
- Salesforce Platform Developer I (PD1) Certification - Mandatory.

Preferred Skills
- Experience with Sales Cloud.
- Knowledge of Digital Experience (Communities).
- Exposure to Health Cloud.
- Additional Salesforce certifications are a plus.
