Financial Control & Reporting

- Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closures; ensure accurate financial statements in compliance with Ind AS, Companies Act, and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain financial integrity, reporting accuracy, and robust internal controls.
- Lead statutory, internal, tax, cost, and lender audits; ensure timely closure of audit observations.
- Drive budgeting, forecasting, and long-term business planning processes.
- Monitor financial performance, conduct variance analysis, and provide insights for business decisions.

Treasury & Insurance

- Ensure compliance with debt covenants and borrowing limits.
- Manage cash flow forecasting, daily treasury operations, banking relationships, and credit rating processes.
- Support working capital renewals, financing structures, and treasury MIS reporting.
- Lead financial risk assessment and mitigation initiatives.
- Manage insurance policy renewals, claims, and settlements.

Taxation & Compliance

- Oversee direct and indirect tax planning, compliance, assessments, and audits.
- Manage GST, TDS, Income Tax returns,



transfer pricing, and statutory submissions.
- Liaise with tax authorities and represent the organization in assessments and appeals.
- Ensure timely resolution of notices, regulatory queries, and tax-related matters.
- Maintain zero non-compliance and strengthen internal control systems.

Strategic & Business Support

- Ensure timely fund availability and adherence to F&A; service levels.
- Support investment evaluations, business strategy, fuel supply chain initiatives, and legal matters.
- Provide financial insights and compliance-related information to management and external stakeholders.
- Facilitate effective communication on financial and taxation matters across the organization.

Qualification & Experience

- CA with relevant experience in financial reporting, treasury, taxation, compliance, audit management, and business finance.
- Solid knowledge of Ind AS, taxation laws, treasury operations, budgeting, and risk management.
