Job Summary:

- The Tele-Consultant plays a crucial role in connecting with potential patients, understanding their healthcare needs, and scheduling appointments at our clinic. Key Responsibilities:

- Appointment Reminders: Send appointment reminders to confirmed patients to reduce no-show rates.
