Job Overview

We are looking for experienced Customer Service Executives to join our Voice & Chat Blended process. The role requires delivering excellent customer support while identifying opportunities to upsell relevant products and services. Candidates should be comfortable working in a target-driven environment and possess strong communication and customer handling skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer queries through voice and chat channels.
- Deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining quality standards.
- Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products or services.
- Achieve monthly upselling and performance targets.
- Resolve customer concerns efficiently and professionally.
- Maintain accurate customer records and document interactions.
- Follow company policies, compliance guidelines, and process requirements.
- Work collaboratively with team members to achieve business goals.
- Eligibility Criteria





- Graduation is mandatory.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Customer Service, BPO, Contact Center, Voice Process, Chat Support, or a similar role.
- Experience in upselling, cross-selling, or sales-driven customer service is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills (C1 level or above).
- Comfortable working in rotational 24x7 shifts.
- Willing to work from the Gurugram office.
- Immediate Joiners Required
