Position: SR. Channel Sales Engineer / Assistant Manager
Experience: 6+ Years
Working Days - Monday to Friday.(Alternate Saturday Off)
Location - Odisha

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle Channel Sales activities for products targeting steel plants and the steel industry.

• Manage and develop dealers, distributors, and channel partners across assigned regions.

• Drive spare parts and aftermarket sales for industrial equipment.

• Generate new business opportunities from steel plants, rolling mills, and heavy engineering industries.

• Maintain solid relationships with existing customers and key accounts.

• Coordinate with internal teams for order processing, dispatch, and payment follow-up.





• Achieve sales targets and expand market presence in the steel sector.

Required Skills:

• 6+ years of experience in Channel Sales / Dealer Management.

• Strong exposure to Industrial Products, Spare Parts, or Capital Goods.

• Experience in handling customers from steel plants and steel processing industries.

• Good communication, negotiation, and business development skills.

• Willingness to travel for customer and dealer visits.

Location: Odisha (Bhubaneswar, Rourkela, Angul, Jharsuguda)
