Roles and Responsibility

- Analyze complex data sets to identify denial trends and patterns.

- Develop and implement effective denial management strategies to improve payment rates.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve denials and enhance cash flow.

- Draft comprehensive payer appeals letters and negotiate with payers for successful claim approval.

- Implement process improvements to reduce denials and increase revenue.

- Provide expert guidance on CARC/RARC codes and appeals processes.
