We are seeking a talented and experienced React Native Engineer with 3 to 6 years of experience to join our fully remote team in India. This role is critical in accelerating the migration of our existing native Android and iOS applications to a unified React Native codebase. Your contributions will significantly improve development efficiency, speed up feature delivery, support faster product iteration, reduce maintenance overhead, and help us scale our mobile platform effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

- Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle, from ideation and prototyping to deployment and iteration.
- Design, develop, and maintain high-quality mobile applications using React Native.
- Develop, test, and deploy features that run seamlessly on both Android and iOS platforms.
- Collaborate effectively with a small team, working closely with other engineers, product managers, and designers.
- Utilize native development expertise to build and maintain bridges for modules requiring deep platform integration in Android (Kotlin) and iOS (Swift/Objective C).
- Take ownership of major mobile features or releases, working with the team to ensure successful delivery and launch.
- Utilize qualitative and quantitative feedback to iterate on features and releases, driving continuous improvement.
- Implement and manage Over-the-Air (OTA) updates for rapid bug fixes and feature rollouts.
- Contribute to mobile-specific CI/CD pipelines.
- Drive the technical effort for migrating existing native Android and iOS applications to React Native.

Qualifications Skills Required:
- Proven experience as a React Native Engineer with 3 to 6 years of professional experience.




- Strong proficiency in JavaScript and React Native.
- Experience with state management libraries (e.g., Redux, Zustand, Context API).
- Familiarity with native build tools like Gradle, Xcode, and Android Studio.
- Experience with RESTful APIs and third-party SDK integrations.
- Understanding of UI/UX principles and best practices for mobile applications.
- Experience with version control systems, particularly Git.
- Knowledge of unit and integration testing for mobile applications.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines for mobile applications.
- Proficiency in Kotlin for Android development and Swift/Objective C for iOS development (for native bridge development).
- Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
