Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and smart Junior Site Engineer to join our team. The ideal
candidate will support the execution of site operations, supervise activities on-site, coordinate
with contractors and suppliers, and ensure that construction work is carried out in line with
plans, specifications, and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the day-to-day management of construction sites.
Supervise labor, materials, and site activities to ensure quality and timely execution.
Read and interpret drawings, specifications, and technical documents.
Coordinate with senior engineers, contractors, and vendors.
Prepare & track project schedule with material tracking knowledge.
Maintain site reports, documentation, and records.
Support in planning and scheduling work.
Resolve any unexpected technical difficulties or problems on-site.




Track the project budget to ensure project completes with in approved budget.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelors degree or diploma in Civil Engineering or a related field.
2 years of experience in construction/site supervision (internships included).
Strong knowledge & understanding of construction drawings and project execution.
Sound knowledge of project management tools like MSP and MS Office.
Familiarity with AutoCAD or similar drafting tools is a plus.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Willingness to travel or relocate to project sites as needed.
