4+ years of experience in a Business Analyst or Data Analyst role

Experience working on data platform, analytics, or data warehousing programs

Strong data analysis and data profiling skills

Ability to gather and document requirements in a data-driven environment

Proficiency in SQL for data exploration and validation

Robust communication skills with ability to work across technical and business audiences

Experience working in an offshore delivery model

Nice to Have:

Experience in marketing data or consumer goods/FMCG domain

Familiarity with Azure Synapse or Microsoft Fabric
