Role Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented Business Analyst to support Finance IT initiatives, with a focus on Financial Close and controls-related activities. This is a supporting role, working closely with senior BAs, Finance stakeholders, and IT teams to ensure high-quality documentation, analysis, and coordination.

Key Responsibilities

Support the collection, structuring, and documentation of business requirements

Coordinate relationship to multiple stakeholders for unified & transparent plan and activities

Assist in documenting processes (e.g., reconciliations, journal entries, period-end activities)

Prepare and maintain process flows, working documents, and analysis materials

Support controls and audit-related activities (e.g., documenting controls, tracking issues, evidence gathering)

Help synthesize inputs from multiple stakeholders into clear and structured outputs

Assist in workshop preparation, note-taking, and follow-up tracking

Support UAT coordination, including test case documentation and tracking results

Ensure documentation is consistent, structured,

Required Skills & Experience

5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a Finance / Finance IT support role

Good communication skills (explicit, concise, structured)

Basic understanding of Financial Close processes

Exposure to controls, audit, or compliance environments

Strong documentation and structuring skills (this is key)

Ability to work with guidance and follow defined processes

Comfortable working in global teams
