We are looking for a qualified and experienced Civil Engineer with strong technical and site execution knowledge. The candidate should be capable of handling estimation, costing, BBS preparation, CAD drawings, and day-to-day site coordination while ensuring quality and timely project completion.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare project/Renovations estimates, quantity take-offs, and costing.
- Prepare and review BBS (Bar Bending Schedule).
- Develop and modify AutoCAD drawings as per project requirements.
- Take site measurements after completion of work for billing and verification purposes.
- Maintain project documentation using MS Excel and MS Word.
- Coordinate and supervise site activities and labor teams.
- Monitor construction work as per drawings and specifications.
- Ensure quality control and adherence to safety standards at site.
- Coordinate with contractors, and project teams.
- Track material usage and project progress reports.
- Handleing the inhouse works and man power.




- Preparing the bar chart for project/renovation works.

Required Skills:

- Strong knowledge of estimation and costing.
- Experience in BBS preparation.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and AutoCAD.
- Positive understanding of construction drawings and site execution.
- Knowledge of RCC, finishing works, and material management.
- Ability to handle site work independently.
- Knowledge of furniture works, paint, polish, and false ceiling execution.
- Ability to independently manage site activities and coordination.

Qualification:

- Bachelors Degree / Diploma in Civil Engineering.

Experience:

- 3–4 years of relevant experience in construction/site engineering.

Preferred Candidate:

- Good communication and coordination skills.
