Job Summary

Trishul is looking for a dynamic E-Commerce / Quick Commerce Executive to manage daily sales operations across online and quick commerce platforms. The role involves end-to-end coordination from PO processing to delivery tracking and payment reconciliation.

Role & responsibilities

- Handle daily operations on E-commerce & Quick Commerce portals
- Segregate, process, and track Purchase Orders (POs) on a daily basis
- Place orders on portals and ensure timely execution
- Take and manage delivery & unloading appointments with platform warehouses
- Coordinate with logistics and party representatives for smooth unloading
- Extend POs and delivery appointments in case of delays or rescheduling
- Maintain and update master Excel files for:
- Order processing
- Dispatch & delivery status
- Pending vs completed orders
- Payment tracking





- Track the complete cycle from order receipt to payment release
- Perform order and payment reconciliation
- Coordinate with internal teams (Sales, Logistics, Accounts) for issue resolution
- Ensure compliance with platform norms and internal SOPs

Preferred candidate profile

- 15 years of experience in E-commerce / Quick Commerce / FMCG Sales Operations
- Solid working knowledge of MS Excel (tracking, reconciliation, reporting)
- Experience with order management and PO handling
- Good coordination, follow-up, and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple orders in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented with strong documentation skills
