Job Summary:
We're seeking Senior Project Managers with the leadership and strategic skills to guide and balance
the team effectively. The ideal candidate should understand the strengths of individual team
members and optimize their contributions to ensure timely, budget-conscious, and high-quality
project delivery that earns client trust and appreciation.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead planning, execution, and delivery of construction projects
Define project scope, goals, timelines, and deliverables in collaboration with senior
management and clients.

Supervise site teams, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure quality and compliance
with design and safety standards.

Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and resource allocations.
Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies.
Act as the primary point of contact for clients, consultants, and vendors.
Conduct regular site inspections and progress review meetings.
Ensure all statutory approvals, documentation, and reports are completed on time.




Drive productivity, resolve site-level conflicts, and make critical decisions to keep the
project on track.

Provide mentorship and leadership to junior engineers and project staff.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering or related field (Masters preferred).
8+ years of proven experience in managing mid to large-scale construction projects.
In-depth knowledge of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations.
Solid project management and leadership skills.
Proficiency in project management software (Primavera, MS Project, etc.) and MS
Office.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and work under tight deadlines.
