Role & responsibilities :-

1. Dispensing & Raw Material Monitoring --- Oversee the dispensing of raw materials to ensure accurate weighing, labelling, and identity verification as per mentioned on Dispensing sheet & BMR .

Material Status: Ensure all dispensed materials are properly tagged (e.g., quarantine, released, or rejected) and stored in designated areas.

2. Manufacturing & In-Process Checks -- Verify line clearance before the start of any new batch or product changeover to prevent mix-ups and cross-contamination. Continuously monitor manufacturing processes to ensure critical process parameters are maintained .Monitor and record manufacturing area conditions, including temperature, humidity, and pressure differentials.

3. Packaging Operations --- Verify that packaging lines are clean, cleared of previous batch materials, and ready for operation (Line clearance process)

4. QA Compliance, Documentation -- Review batch records ,BMR and BPR & ensure all shop floor personnel follow Standard Operating Procedures and Positive Manufacturing Practices
