Role & responsibilities

- Lead real-time monitoring and coordination of supply chain operations across Logistics and Warehouse Operations.
- Track critical supply chain KPIs in the areas of Logistics, Warehouse Ops, Process Violations, Inventory and Distributor/Customer Receivables (Cash collection) and ensure highest levels of metrics are maintained.
- Drive proactive issue resolution with Tech, Product and other Business Stakeholders to minimize disruption to Operations and support high customer service levels.
- Serve as the primary escalation point for critical operational risks and decision-making, collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Maintain and update accurate reports, and timely escalate issues to concerned stakeholders to aid in quick resolution and decision making.




- Drive continuous process improvements and contribute to knowledge and team capability building.

Preferred candidate profile

- Graduate with 1-4 years experience in supply chain management roles.
- Valuable structured spoken and written communication skills required for collaboration with stakeholders.
- Analytical with basic excel/google sheets proficiency. ERP experience is a plus.
- Ability to work in fast-paced unstructured environments and make quick decisions.
- Night shifts (9-10 hour shifts) with a 6-day work week
