Technical Support: Providing support via email, phone, or in person to help users resolve technical problems or answer questions about products or services

Documentation: Creating and maintaining technical documentation, including manuals, guides, and FAQs, to assist users in understanding and using products or services

Software Installation and Configuration: Assisting with the installation, configuration, and maintenance of software applications and systems

System Maintenance: Performing routine maintenance tasks, such as updates, patches, and backups,

Training: Conducting training sessions or workshops to educate users or employees on how to use new software or technology effectively
