Role Overview

Maa Acorn is looking for a Floor Manager to oversee on-site operations and ensure a seamless experience for clients visiting the Ayana Woods luxury project. This is a non-sales role focused on site management, coordination, and customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day site operations and floor activities

- Ensure the site is well-maintained, presentable, and client-ready

- Coordinate with Sales, CRM, Legal, and Execution teams

- Attend and assist walk-in clients ensuring premium experience

- Support site visits with proper coordination

- Maintain discipline and reporting standards

- Handle client queries and coordination requirements

- Track daily activities, visitor flow, and updates

- Ensure adherence to company policies
