Roles and Responsibilities :

Monitoring Ethical Conduct:
Establish and operates with continual improvement on ethical monitoring system.
Enforce Ethical standard across the organization.
Investigation of potential violations, monitor compliance, implement corrective measures.
Fraud Prevention and Detection:
Develop fraud prevention programs, conduct proactive audits of high risk areas.
Investigate suspected fraudulent activities & coordinate with relevant authorities.
Implement controls to minimize financial and operational fraud exposure.
Ethical Complaints:
Provide channels to report complaints of fraud ethical conducts, corruption, malpractices.
Factual investigations of complaint, ensure fair and detailed investigation protocols.
Monitor & manage employee complaints for fraud, theft matters (company/outsource companies)




Report the investigation to management with further action and improvement plans
Control and Governance:
Coordinate with existing process owner departments for safety, hygiene, hazardous & corporate governance compliances issues.
Ensure the processes will be carried out as per standard to mitigate any risk.
