Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end return processing and reverse logistics.
- Verify returned products and ensure proper quality checks.
- Create and maintain Goods Receipt Notes (GRNs) for incoming inventory.
- Update inventory records in POS and EasyCom systems.
- Perform stock reconciliation and maintain inventory accuracy.
- Coordinate with logistics partners, vendors, and internal teams for return resolution.
- Process replacement, refurbishment, or disposal of returned products as per company policy.
- Monitor daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, and dispatch.
- Prepare return and inventory reports for management.
- Ensure compliance with warehouse SOPs and safety standards.

Required Skills

- Experience in warehouse operations and inventory management.
- Hands-on knowledge of GRN processing.
- Working experience with POS systems.
- Experience using EasyCom or similar warehouse/order management software.
- Robust knowledge of inventory reconciliation and stock audits.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic reporting.
