Role & responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day finance and accounting operations.
- Prepare and monitor annual budgets and departmental financial plans.
- Review financial statements, invoices, and payment processes.
- Ensure accuracy of accounting records and financial documentation.
- Monitor expenditure and implement effective cost-control measures.
- Ensure compliance with statutory, taxation, audit, and financial regulations.
- Coordinate payroll data and financial reporting.
- Prepare monthly MIS reports, cash flow statements, and management reports.
- Lead internal and external audits and ensure timely closure of audit observations.
- Analyze financial performance and recommend cost optimization initiatives.
- Supervise and mentor the Finance & Accounts team.




- Coordinate with internal departments and management for financial planning and decision-making

Preferred candidate profile

- CA / CMA (ICWA) / MBA Finance / M.Com.
- 10 to 15 years of relevant experience in Finance & Accounts.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a managerial or leadership role.
- Experience in the hospital or healthcare industry will be preferred.
- Robust knowledge of Accounting, GST, TDS, Income Tax, Payroll, Budgeting, MIS, and Financial Reporting.
- Proficiency in ERP/Hospital Information Systems and MS Excel.
- Excellent analytical, leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
