Job Summary

GRS Fantasy Park is looking for a detail-oriented MIS Executive with strong analytical skills and expertise in Advanced Excel to support business reporting and data management. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate MIS reports, maintaining databases, creating dashboards, and providing data-driven insights to support business operations and decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate and maintain daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual MIS reports.
- Manage and maintain business databases with high accuracy.
- Work closely with the Operations team to prepare and analyze reports.
- Extract, consolidate, and analyze data using Advanced Excel and Google Sheets.
- Prepare monthly MIS reports and management dashboards.
- Create Pivot Tables, charts, and automated reports for business analysis.
- Develop and maintain Excel-based tools to improve reporting efficiency.
- Handle multiple reporting assignments while ensuring timely delivery.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and confidentiality.
- Support management with ad hoc reports and analytical insights.

Required Skills





- Robust knowledge of Advanced Microsoft Excel.
- Expertise in Excel formulas, functions, and data analysis.
- Hands-on experience with Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, and other advanced lookup functions.
- Knowledge of Macros (VBA) and dashboard creation.
- Good working knowledge of Google Sheets and Google Apps Script.
- Strong analytical and mathematical skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
- Good communication and reporting skills.
- Knowledge of Power BI will be an added advantage.

Candidate Profile

- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
- 24 years of experience in MIS, Data Analysis, Reporting, or a similar role.
- Experience in preparing management reports and handling large datasets.
- Candidates with strong Excel automation and reporting skills will be preferred.
