Roles and Responsibilities :
- Manage patient accounts from initial contact through payment collection, ensuring timely and accurate processing of claims.
- Coordinate with healthcare providers to resolve billing discrepancies and ensure seamless communication between parties.
- Utilize RCM (Revenue Cycle Management) software to manage patient records, track payments, and analyze financial data.
- Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to patient inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.
Job Requirements :
- 1-5 years of experience in medical billing or revenue cycle management in the US healthcare industry.
- Solid understanding of OOPS (Operations, Outsourcing & Provider Services) principles and practices.
- Proficiency in managing multiple priorities simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
