- Handle inbound, outbound, receiving, dispatch, and inventory operations.
- Maintain stock accuracy through WMS/ERP and cycle counts.
- Coordinate with transporters and internal teams for timely deliveries.
- Ensure compliance with SOPs, safety standards, and client SLAs.
- Prepare warehouse reports and support daily operational activities.
Requirements:
- Graduate with experience in a 3PL warehouse.
- Good knowledge of WMS/ERP, inventory management, and MS Excel.
- Solid communication and coordination skills.
