Role & responsibilities

- Partner with business leaders to implement HR initiatives that support business goals, workforce planning, and organizational growth.
- Drive end-to-end talent acquisition, onboarding, induction, and employee lifecycle processes to ensure timely hiring and a positive employee experience.
- Lead performance management processes including goal setting, performance reviews, feedback, and development planning across functions.
- Support organization development initiatives by implementing competency frameworks, learning & development programs, employee engagement, and culture-building activities.
- Ensure smooth HR operations including manpower planning, HR policies, employee relations, statutory compliance, payroll coordination, and HR documentation.
- Monitor HR metrics, maintain HRMS, generate people analytics dashboards, and recommend improvements to enhance workforce productivity and HR effectiveness.
- Partner with functional heads to address employee concerns, manage change initiatives, and strengthen collaboration, accountability, and employee engagement.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with recruitment partners,



training vendors, and external stakeholders while driving continuous improvement in HR processes.

Preferred candidate profile

- MBA/MSW/PGDM in Human Resources, Personnel Management, Industrial Relations, or a related discipline.
- 812 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in Manufacturing, FMCG, Food Processing, Consumer Products, or a similar industry.
- Strong experience in Talent Acquisition, HR Operations, Performance Management, Employee Relations, Learning & Development, and HR Business Partnering.
- Hands-on knowledge of labour laws, statutory compliance, payroll coordination, HR policies, and employee lifecycle management.
- Experience working with HRMS, HR analytics, and process improvement initiatives.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with business leaders, influence stakeholders, and drive employee engagement initiatives.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, stakeholder management, and team leadership skills with the ability to work in a rapid-paced environment.
