Education: B.E./B.Tech or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
Preferred Certification: HVAC/MEP Certification

Role & responsibilities

- Supervise the installation, testing, commissioning, and maintenance of HVAC systems in accordance with approved drawings, project specifications, and industry standards.
- Plan, execute, and monitor HVAC activities to ensure timely completion while maintaining quality and safety requirements.
- Review HVAC layouts, shop drawings, P&IDs;, and technical specifications before execution.
- Coordinate with civil, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, instrumentation, and MEP teams for seamless project execution.
- Supervise the installation of chillers, cooling towers, AHUs, FCUs, VRF/VRV systems, ducting, chilled water piping, ventilation systems, pumps, and associated HVAC equipment.
- Ensure proper alignment, leveling, insulation, pressure testing,



flushing, and commissioning of HVAC systems.
- Conduct HVAC testing and commissioning, including air balancing, water balancing, system performance testing, and functional testing.
- Monitor HVAC equipment performance and troubleshoot operational issues to ensure system reliability and efficiency.
- Inspect HVAC materials and equipment upon receipt to verify compliance with project specifications and quality standards.
- Coordinate with vendors, consultants, contractors, and clients to resolve technical issues and ensure smooth project execution.
- Prepare material requisitions, quantity estimates (BOQ), method statements, and technical documentation.
