Role: Project Executive

What Youll Own

- Execute projects as per drawings with quality and within timelines.
- Conduct daily site visits and share DPR with stakeholders.
- Create weekly schedules and align vendors for resource allocation.
- Monitor quality as per defined standards and specifications.
- Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and clients.
- Ensure 100% adherence to Livspace processes.
- Maintain accurate site and project documentation.
- Drive on-time project completion with high quality standards.
- Ensure strong customer experience (CSAT).

What Were Looking For

- Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Interior Design.
- Experience in residential interior project execution preferred.
- Exposure to premium/luxury residential, hotel, or studio projects is a plus.
- Robust eye for detail and quality.
- Ability to read drawings and execute as per schedule.
- Good stakeholder coordination skills.
- Must own a 2-wheeler with a valid driving license (for site visits).
