Role & responsibilities

- Carry out preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance of manufacturing equipment.
- Maintain production equipment to achieve maximum uptime and ensure uninterrupted production.
- Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and PLC-related issues.
- Maintain presses, welding equipment, conveyors, assembly line, paint shop utilities, compressors, pumps, cranes, and material handling systems.
- Execute TPM, Kaizen, Root Cause Analysis (RCA), and Continuous Improvement initiatives.
- Coordinate with Production, Quality, Manufacturing Engineering, and Utility teams to minimize downtime.
- Plan and execute preventive maintenance schedules while maintaining maintenance records and reports.
- Support installation, commissioning, and stabilization of new machinery and production lines.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, statutory requirements,



and maintenance SOPs.

Preferred candidate profile

- Solid knowledge of Mechanical or Electrical Maintenance.
- Hands-on experience with PLCs, VFDs, sensors, motors, electrical panels, hydraulics, and pneumatics.
- Knowledge of TPM, Preventive Maintenance, Predictive Maintenance, and Breakdown Analysis.
- Ability to read electrical circuits, hydraulic diagrams, and mechanical drawings.
- Exposure to automation equipment and industrial utilities.
- Good troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Having experience in Bus / Truck manufacturing company
