Job Description:

1.Process Standardization: Develop and review Process Sheets, Production Part Approval Processes (PPAP), and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for extrusion, blow molding, or injection molding.

2.Statistical Process Control (SPC): Monitor machine capabilities, track rejection rates, and use statistical methods (like Capability Analysis) to minimize manufacturing variations

3. Defect Analysis: Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and lead Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA) to resolve shop-floor quality issues quickly.

4. Strategy & Planning: Develop master test plans, define testing objectives, and align product specifications with internal QA programs and contractual obligations

5.Compliance & Audits: Ensure alignment with stringent regulatory requirements ( ISO 9001:2015,) by leading internal process audits and supporting external reviews

6. Mentorship & Leadership: Guide and train junior engineers, assist in recruitment, and foster a culture of quality-focused engineering across teams.
