- Lead interior design concepts, space planning, and material selections
- Prepare design presentations, drawings, and detailed working drawings
- Coordinate with clients, vendors, consultants, and site teams
- Handle projects independently from concept to final handover
- Conduct site visits to ensure design intent, quality, and timelines are met
- Guide and mentor junior designers and interns
Requirements
- Degree in Architecture or Interior Design
- Solid proficiency in AutoCAD (mandatory)
- Working knowledge of REVIT / SketchUp / 3Ds Max / Lumion / Enscape
- Good understanding of materials, detailing, and site execution
- Strong communication and client-handling skills
